A 1,200–1,600 sq ft apartment takes 12 to 16 weeks from signed drawings to handover: two to three weeks of design, six to eight weeks of manufacture at Erode, and three to four weeks of installation and snagging. Villas and turnkey builds including civil work run 24 to 40 weeks.

Yes. Joinery, upholstery and metal finishing all happen at our own workshop in Erode. Wardrobes, beds, tables and loose furniture for our projects are built there rather than bought in from a trade panel — which is why we can change a dimension or a fabric without it becoming a negotiation.

A full working set, not just pretty pictures. We model projects in Revit at LOD 300–350, which means the drawings you sign off resolve real junctions, service routes and clearances rather than leaving them to be improvised on site. You get plans, elevations, sections, joinery details and an electrical and lighting layout. A render shows you what a room might look like; a working set is what makes it get built that way.

Four milestones tied to deliverables: booking on signed drawings, production release, pre-dispatch, and handover against a cleared defects list. You never pay ahead of work that has been done, and we do not take a single lump sum in advance.

Ten years on hardware — hinges, channels, soft-close mechanisms and handles — serviced on site by our own crew. Carcass and structure carry five years. Upholstery fabric, finishes and appliances carry their manufacturer's warranty, which we register on your behalf at handover.

Yes. The whole collection is available to order on its own, and we deliver across India. Stocked pieces take two to four weeks; made-to-order pieces take six to eight, because they are built rather than picked off a shelf.

Yes. We have offices in Dublin and Lucknow alongside Delhi and Erode, and we ship to Ireland, the UK and the UAE. Overseas projects are quoted with freight, duty and installation stated separately rather than buried in a per-square-foot rate.

A designer visits the site, measures it, and records how you actually use each room. You receive a dimensioned drawing set and a written brief before anyone discusses money. The visit is free within Delhi NCR.

No. All published prices and estimates are exclusive of GST, which is charged at the applicable rate on the invoice. Statutory approvals and society charges are excluded and billed at actuals.

Yes. We supply hospitality, restaurant and corporate fit-out projects, and hold an Indian MEA eMigrate registration for international manpower placement. Trade enquiries run on separate commercial terms with stated lead times and payment schedules.
