These Terms & Conditions govern your use of thecrosbystore.com and any purchase or service engagement with Crosby Project Private Limited (“Crosby”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

2. Products, prices and GST

All prices are in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. GST is calculated at checkout: 9% CGST plus 9% SGST for deliveries within Delhi, and 18% IGST for deliveries to other states. Product descriptions, dimensions and finishes are indicative; slight variations in colour, grain and texture are natural to handcrafted furniture.

3. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once we accept it and payment is received. We may decline or cancel an order for stock, pricing or delivery-feasibility reasons and will refund any amount paid.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel an order, in whole or in part, within 24 hours of placing it, or before it is dispatched, whichever occurs first. A 2.5% administrative fee applies to cancellations. Requests received after 24 hours cannot be accepted. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

5. Shipping, delivery and installation

Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on the product, your location and site readiness. Please inspect goods on delivery and report any transit damage promptly, as set out on the Shipping & Returns page.

6. Warranty and care

Products are covered as described on our Warranty page. Warranty does not cover misuse, improper care or unauthorised modification; see Product Care.

7. Design, construction and manpower services

Services are provided under a written proposal or agreement specific to your project, which prevails over these terms in case of conflict. A Private Consultation may be chargeable as described at the time of booking.
